MSME-Development
Institute (Branch), Visakhapatnam organised a 5-full-day
Management Development Programme on BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT &
COMPUTER ACCOUNTING at ICET Bhavan, Danavaipeta, Rajahmundry,
East Godavary District from 30-06-2008 to 04-07-2008.

In the inaugural
function held on 30-06-2008, the Chief Guest was Sri D.Surendra
Rao, Chief Manager, Andhra Bank (SSI Branch), Rajahmundry.
He assured that if any prospective entrepreneur approaches the
Bank with viable scheme, the Bank is ready to provide the loan. |

Sri Krishnarjuna Rao,
IPO and Sri K.Kishore Rao, IPO of DIC, East Godavary District
have participated as Guests of Honour and they explained the
importance of DIC and its activities for developing industries. |

Course Coordinator Sri
K.Appala Raju, Asstistant Director (Mech) of Branch Institute
spoke on the role of MSME and importance of MDP training
programme. |

|
|
|
During the lecture
sessions, the following topics have been covered:
Business Structure; Imterpersonal Relations; Business
Orientation; Problem Solving; Process and Skill; Business
Markets and Building Customers; Daily Cash Book; Input and
Output; Computer Accounts on Tally; Practicals on Entry Passes
in Ledger in Tally Accounting software etc. by different faculty
members.
The sessions daily started morning at 10.00 AM and ended at 5.00
PM with lunch break. |

|
In total 22 candidates
have participated in the Programme. Out the 22, Women-SC:
6; Men SC: 10; Men ST: 2 and Others are 4.
During Valedictory function participants gave valid feed back on
the course and they expressed that the course was very useful in
upgrading their knowledge. |
