ABOUT MSME-DI HYDERABAD

MSME-Development Institute [formerly Small Industries Service Institute-SISI], Hyderabad was established in the year 1956 as a field office of the then Small Industries Development Organisation (SIDO) an attached Office in the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (formerly Min. of Small Scale Industries) for extending training and consultancy services for the development of micro, small and medium enterprises in the State of Andhra Pradesh.  Branch MSME-DI at Visakhapatnam works under the aegis of this Institute and serves coastal districts of Andhra Pradesh.

The MSME Testing Station, Sanathnagar, Hyderabad, which functions under the administrative control of of this Institute extends testing facilities for finished products.
